As a Route Development Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in building new routes, developing team members, and shaping the future of our expanding service area. Responsibilities Operate and grow an existing home pickup and delivery route through outstanding service and relationship building Actively generate new customers by prospecting neighborhoods, businesses, and referral partners within the Triangle Increase weekly route sales through consistent sales activity and excellent customer service Identify and develop profitable, efficient route opportunities Recruit and train a replacement driver once a route reaches its target sales level Transition developed routes to new drivers and provide ongoing coaching and supervision Monitor route performance, customer retention, sales growth, and service quality Collaborate with the Route Manager and operations team to support market development Foster a culture of accountability, growth, and exceptional customer service within the team Qualifications Valid drivers license and ability to safely operate a company vehicle Ability to lift and handle customer orders as part of daily route operations Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable with sales, prospecting, and building customer relationships Experience in route sales, territory development, outside sales, customer service, or related fields is a plus Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time effectively Leadership potential and willingness to coach and develop others Willingness to work throughout the Triangle market Initiative, reliability, and a strong work ethic Compensation Starting base salary: $46,800 per year ($900/week) , plus 5% of sales growth generated on the route being developed. Growth incentives are paid monthly. Expected first-year compensation is approximately $51,000 , depending on results. Base salary and total compensation increase with each successful route developed and handed off, with clear advancement opportunities as the business grows.
