In this rotational role, you'll learn store operations, B2B sales, and industrial coatings solutions through hands-on experience and classroom training. Responsibilities include supporting branch operations, developing product expertise, assisting sales calls, and delivering exceptional customer service. You'll work in a collaborative, safety-focused culture with clear paths into assistant manager or sales representative roles and opportunities to grow across our global manufacturing and distribution network. Responsibilities Complete structured rotational training in sales, operations and store management Support daily branch operations including inventory, merchandising and order fulfillment Develop product and application knowledge for industrial and commercial coatings Prospect, qualify and support local business accounts with sales teams Provide excellent customer service, problem resolution and technical support Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities Assist with pricing, quotes, and preparation of customer proposals Learn and apply safety, compliance and loss-prevention procedures Collaborate with managers to execute local marketing and sales initiatives Prepare for transition into an assistant manager or sales representative role Required Skills B2 B sales fundamentals Customer relationship management Industrial and architectural coatings knowledge Inventory and merchandising management Point-of-sale and order processing systems Business data analysis and reporting Territory and account planning Presentation and communication skills Time management and organization Safety and compliance procedures
