Your Role:

Transportation Coordinator If you're organized, proactive, and enjoy solving logistical challenges, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact every day. As our Transportation Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring individuals arrive safely and on time while supporting the daily transportation needs of our programs. In this role, you'll: Coordinate daily transportation schedules and optimize routes for efficiency. Serve as the primary point of contact for transportation communication with families and staff. Oversee fleet maintenance, inspections, cleaning, and vehicle readiness. Coordinate vehicle assignments for community outings and group home needs. Train staff on safe vehicle operation and transportation procedures. Maintain transportation records, maintenance logs, and driver documentation. Help ensure compliance with agency policies and state transportation regulations. Support transportation needs between agency locations and special events.
