Overview We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Station Head to lead our regional operations, optimize logistics processes, and drive continuous improvement across our distribution network. This pivotal role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of last mile delivery, enhance operational efficiency, and uphold our commitment to exceptional service quality.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage the operations of Delivery Service Partners (DSP) in the district.
  • Supervise and guarantee that DSP activities adhere to the company's standards and demands.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of warehouse providers, ensuring consistent on-time, quality performance through communication and continuous improvement.
  • Generate reports related to business transactions and operational efficiency.
  • Conduct root-cause analysis of failures and take corrective actionsManage compliance, quality control, and quality assurance standards and specifications.
  • Develope key performance goals and manage the performance of staff
  • Lead daily control meetings, identifying issues and actions to be taken.
  • Manage the budget and monitor the financial health of a location or business unit.
  • Organize and implement DSP training programs to improve the skills and service levels of the DSP team.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent required.
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience in last-mile delivery operations management, with a proven track record of optimizing delivery routes and improving service quality.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team of delivery personnel.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, particularly in addressing the unique challenges of last-mile delivery.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to use data to drive operational improvements in last-mile delivery.
Pay:
$24.00
