Job Description

Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Delivery Driver - 1099 Contractor and become a vital part of our delivery network! This energetic role offers flexibility and independence while providing an opportunity to earn based on your daily route. As a delivery driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently preparing and delivering packages to customers throughout your assigned service area. Warehouse & Delivery Process All drivers are responsible for completing the warehouse preparation process before beginning their route. This is a required part of the job.
  • Drivers must scan every assigned package at the warehouse.
  • After scanning, drivers must place the packages into the designated delivery bags.
  • Drivers must load the bags and packages into their own vehicle.
  • Drivers must make sure all assigned packages are accounted for before leaving the warehouse.
  • Once loading is complete, drivers will leave the warehouse and begin their assigned delivery route.
  • Scanning, bagging, and loading packages are required job duties and are not optional. Responsibilities
  • Safely operate your vehicle while completing assigned delivery routes.
  • Pick up and load assigned packages at the warehouse.
  • Scan all assigned packages as required.
  • Properly organize packages and place them into designated delivery bags.
  • Load packages and bags into your vehicle before starting your route.
  • Deliver packages accurately and efficiently to customers.
  • Follow assigned routes and delivery procedures.
  • Use a smartphone and delivery application to manage and document deliveries.
  • Provide professional and courteous customer service.
  • Maintain accurate delivery records through mobile devices.
  • Follow all traffic laws and company safety procedures.
  • Keep your vehicle clean, safe, and suitable for package delivery.
  • Properly handle, load, and unload packages.
  • Complete all assigned deliveries before ending your workday. Schedule & Flexibility
  • Drivers meet at the warehouse at 7:00 AM sharp.
  • Routes are available 7 days a week.
  • Drivers can choose which days they are available to work.
  • Drivers may work 5 days, 7 days, or other days based on availability and scheduling.
  • There is no fixed time that you must finish your route. Once all assigned deliveries are completed, your workday is done.
  • Route completion time may vary depending on route size, traffic, package volume, and driver experience.
  • Drivers who complete their assigned deliveries early are free to leave once their work is complete. Compensation
  • $170-$330+ per day, depending on the assigned route and daily workload.
  • Earnings may vary based on the number of deliveries assigned and completed. Requirements
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Reliable personal vehicle suitable for package delivery.
  • Smartphone with reliable service and charger.
  • Ability to safely lift and handle packages.
  • Ability to follow GPS/navigation and delivery instructions.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Reliable, responsible, and punctual.
  • Must be willing to work as an independent 1099 contractor.
  • Must be able to complete required warehouse preparation, including scanning, bagging, and loading packages.
