Responsibilities The Fleet Manager would be responsible for areas including: Vehicle registration and documentation Insurance documentation and compliance State and required vehicle inspections Preventive maintenance scheduling Tracking vehicles that are out of service Coordinating repairs with mechanics/vendors Ensuring vehicles have required equipment GPS and camera installation/readiness School transportation decals/signage Vehicle cleanliness and overall readiness Maintaining accurate fleet records Daily vehicle availability/status reporting Coordinating vehicle assignments with Operations Join us as a Fleet Manager to lead dynamic logistics operations that keep our supply chain moving efficiently!
