We are a professional cleaning company looking for a Bilingual-Spanish Route Manager to oversee several accounts in and around West Columbia, SC.

Primary Responsibilities:

Overall responsibilities include supervising multiple projects and employees while providing a high level of customer service to our clients Responsible for managing multiple accounts assigned in order to fulfill quality control, safety, corporate goals and maximize profits while adhering to the company mission and vision. Communicate with customers to identify opportunities for improvement and resolve issues quickly. Respnsible for recruiting,interviewing, hiring, disciplinary actions, and terminations. Manage inventory and supply orders per budget Utlize Outlook for effective commumications Manage labor and employee timekeping in a timely manner

Other Requirements:

Must be able to communicate, train and delegate in both English and Spanish. Must pass drug screen and criminal background check Must have clear MVR for past 3 years (no speeding tickets or at fault accidents) Knowledge of hospitality and janitorial industry and all equipment used is preferred. Must be in good physical condition and able to lift up top 50 pounds on occasion.

Qualifications:

Must project a professional image and maintain a cooperative and helpful attitude at all times as individual will have frequent interaction with customers. Due to the nature of our business the individual must be flexible and willing to work extra time and/or weekends, in various locations and perform additional duties not normally assigned to them. This position requires the majority of the individual's time to be spent supervising, training, and improving the operations of assigned accounts.

Education and Work Experience:

High School Diploma preferred Minimum of 3 years of Hospitality / Janitorial experience preferred Minimum of 5 years Supervisory experience preferred

Language Skills:

Ability to read, write and communicate fluently in English required for safety purposes Bilingual-Spanish is required
