• Site Liaisons
• to support our USPS transportation operation at the Irving, TX. This is a
• hands-on but non-heavy-labor
• role focused on monitoring, verification, compliance, and driver support.

Responsibilities Report to assigned dock doors at least 1 hour before each scheduled departure Verify correct trailer is at the correct door for the correct destination Perform visual trailer inspections (tires, brakes, lights, doors, floor, securement) Meet and greet drivers, verify USPS badge, CDL, and complete FreightBridge.io face-match verification Confirm driver(s) are properly credentialed (especially team lanes) Collect keys upon docking and release only when trailer is cleared for departure Verify tire chocks are properly placed on every docking Ensure all required paperwork is complete and accurate Log pallet counts, departure times, trailer utilization, and any anomalies Provide real-time issue escalation to Site Lead and Dispatch Support smooth flow of trailers in the yard and at preload doors Maintain professional communication with USPS personnel and drivers

• This is NOT a heavy labor or loading/unloading position.
• The focus is on monitoring, verification, compliance, and coordination.

Skills Must be able to work rotating shifts that include nights and weekends Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures consistently Good communication skills (verbal and written) Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions and walking/standing for extended periods Basic smartphone/computer skills (you will use our FreightBridge.io app) Must be able to pass extensive background check, fingerprinting, and USPS badging process Reliable transportation to Irving location Previous experience in trucking, logistics, warehouse operations, yard coordination, or security is strongly preferred This is a critical position in our USPS operation. Site Liaisons are the on-the-ground team that ensures every trailer and driver meets strict standards before departure. You will be the eyes and ears at the dock doors during the busiest departure windows.
