We're looking for a Driver Manager who can keep our delivery operation running strong 7 days a week. This is a hands-on leadership role—managing routes, recruiting drivers, staying on top of daily operations, and even jumping in to deliver or handle route rescues when needed.

Compensation:

$1000 weekly base pay Plus pay for any deliveries you complete Paid weekly

Responsibilities:

Assign and oversee all driver routes daily Monitor route progress and handle any issues quickly Recruit and train new drivers to keep operations staffed Assist in the warehouse with dispatch and coordination Step in for deliveries or route rescue when required Ensure safety, compliance, and on-time performance Open warehouse for drivers 4:00 am - 9:00 am

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in delivery, dispatch, or transportation management Strong leadership and communication skills Reliable, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Must be available 7 days a week
