Organic Green Lawn Care, Inc. customizes lawn programs tailored to a lawns specific needs with a natural approach to keeping lawns green and healthy. We specialize in Lawn Fertilizations, Weed Control applications, Aeration and Seeding, Tree/Shrub Care, as well as Landscape Weed Control Programs. Organic Green is seeking an individual with management experience to join our team for our Landscape Management and Tree/Shrub Programs. The manager will be responsible for managing employees within this branch of our business as well as providing applications, tree/shrub treatments, and assisting with aeration and seeding. Manager will be hired to assist within all aspects of our company. Overtime hours will be required during busy seasons. Typical work weeks are Monday-Friday, but during busier times Saturdays are required.

Job Requirements:

Must have an active drivers license Current Virginia Registered Technician or Commercial license Management experience required Must be 18 years old or older High School Diploma or equivalent Clean driving record Clean Background check Previous experience in customer service preferred

•Waiting periods do apply. Pay during trial is based on on experience. Once your training is completed and you're trained as a full Route Manager, your pay will be salary based, to be determined based on experience.
