JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for an individual to assist with daily fleet operations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Complete daily maintenance report and send to the terminals. Update vehicle inspections, registration, insurance, and all documents in the Fleet Maintenance Software in accordance with state and federal regulations. Enter invoices into fleet management system. Coordinate vehicle registrations, license plates, and stickers. Adding and updating units in the Fleet Management software, ELD software and trailer tracking software. Ensure trailer tracking devices and ELDs are connected and in good working order. Schedule repairs and preventative maintenance as needed. Assist with onboarding vehicles. Assist with monitoring fleet costs and ensuring they remain in line with the budget. Assist the Fleet Director, as necessary. Execute assignments and meet deadlines. Import & export cargo document preparation. Adhere to company policies and procedures. Any other duties as assigned.

Strong communication skills. Strong organization skills. Completion of background check/ screening to fulfill security requirements. Dependability and ability to follow directions. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to lift 50 lbs. unassisted and stand long periods of time.
