Ensures maintenance repairs are monitored and approved. Provides safety training, requests MVR for all users of company vehicles. Transports vehicles to various locations as necessary. Measures driver safety trends, analytics, and reports out performance metrics.
Pay range:
$76,500 - $85,000 / year Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.

Oversees the scheduling, maintenance, and inspection of ____ vehicles within the fleet to ensure optimal operation daily. Utilizes data analytics to monitor fleet performance metrics, identifying areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvement monthly. Helps to maintain Telematics tracking for real-time vehicle location and status. Utilizing safety trends to focus on areas of improvement weekly. Maintains an accurate inventory of vehicles and performs right sizing processes as needed. Ensures all vehicles adhere to transportation and safety regulations to include; vehicle spill/safety roadside kits, license & registration and smog monthly or as needed. Monthly report out to all stakeholders including logistics leadership and environmental health and safety of performance trends. Monitors and controls fleet operational costs to maximize efficiency on a monthly basis through KPI's.
Additional Duties:
Ability to take on extended roles or assignments from leadership to include local, regional collaboration, and enterprise partnership. Champion continuous improvement projects that alight with the company's initiatives, purpose and values Engage with all functions relevant to fleet (Commercial, IT, Logistics, PSC and Leadership) for VOC feedback Mentoring other Fleet administrative roles to include Fleet coordinator, Fleet Admin, and Fleet lead (when applicable)
Required Work Experience:
Minimum of five years logistics or fleet administration experience required.
Preferred Work Experience:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent Effective interpersonal, oral communication, writing and analytical skills Previous Quest Diagnostics and/or other competing lab logistics specimen handling experience strongly preferred.
Physical and Mental Requirements:
. Extensive use of phone, PC or Laptop. Must be flexible and available based on staffing requirements, weekends, holidays, on call and overtime. Prolonged standing/sitting/walking/driving. Fine dexterity with hands/steadiness Able to lift up to 25 pounds; may occasionally need to lift 50 pounds; carrying up to 15 pounds for several minutes at a time. Ability to communicate effectively in English with clients, supervisors, and peers. Vision-requires constant mental visual attention to details as well as ability to see well in limited light scenarios. Able to climb stairs multiple times per day.

Intermediate to advanced computer knowledge and experience preferred Knowledge of Fleet management systems through Quest or other platforms

Required Education:
