6:45 AM•3:15 PM or 3:45 PM•12:15 AM Job Overview An autonomous mobility company is hiring a Shift Supervisor to lead a team of vehicle operators. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll work closely with your team to ensure safe, efficient vehicle operations and high-quality testing. What You'll Do Lead and support a team of vehicle operators Ensure safety standards are followed at all times Oversee daily vehicle operations and testing Provide coaching, feedback, and performance support Handle scheduling, coordination, and admin tasks Act as a point of contact for team members and contractors Step in and assist with vehicle operations when needed Work closely with operations and leadership teams Requirements 2+ years of autonomous vehicle operator experience Active AVT permit Strong leadership or management experience Excellent communication skills Clean driving record Problem-solving and decision-making ability Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team environment Preferred (Not Required) Experience with Zoox or similar AV companies 2+ years in autonomous vehicle or operations roles Experience as a team lead, instructor, or supervisor Background leading cross-functional teams Ideal Candidate Strong leader who can hold others accountable Hands-on and willing to jump in when needed Motivates and coaches team members Detail-oriented and safety-focused Comfortable with both technical and operational tasks Interview Process 1-hour initial interview 1.5-hour panel interview Why This Role Leadership opportunity in autonomous vehicle operations Work directly with cutting-edge technology Be part of building the future of transportation Call or text Ange at (925)658-3686 for a quick phone screen
