The Insurance Account Coordinator provides essential administrative and customer service support to the account management team. This role ensures that client requests, policy changes, and documentation are processed accurately and efficiently. The coordinator helps maintain smooth daily operations, supports Account Managers and Producers, and delivers a positive service experience to clients. If you're passionate about the insurance transportation industry and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact while advancing your career in insurance client support Responsibilities Process policy service requests including vehicle additions/removals, driver updates, address changes, and coverage modifications Prepare and issue Certificates of Insurance (COIs), auto ID cards, endorsements, renewal packets, and other client documents Maintain accurate client information in the agency management system (Applied Epic) Assist Account Managers with renewal preparation, including gathering underwriting information and organizing submission materials Respond to client inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and timely follow‑up Coordinate with carriers to obtain policy documents, endorsements, loss runs, and billing information Track deadlines, missing information, and outstanding tasks to ensure smooth workflow Support Producers with administrative tasks related to new business and retention Ensure compliance with agency procedures and carrier requirements Contribute to a positive team environment and uphold high service standards Qualifications Prior insurance experience preferred but not required for entry-level candidates Property and Casualty License preferred but not required for hire. Must be willing to obtain insurance license within 6 months.
