Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader Job Summary EnCo Landscaping & Design LLC is seeking an experienced Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader to join our growing team in Jacksonville, FL. This is a hands-on leadership position . You will work alongside your crew while being responsible for daily route completion, quality control, productivity, equipment, safety, and ensuring every property is completed to EnCo standards. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, leads by example, holds themselves and their team accountable, and has strong professional landscape maintenance experience. Responsibilities Lead and work alongside a landscape maintenance crew each day Complete assigned maintenance routes efficiently and on schedule Perform mowing, edging, string trimming, blowing and general landscape maintenance Perform shrub and hedge trimming and maintain landscape beds Assign daily tasks and keep crew members productive throughout the day Inspect properties before leaving and correct any quality issues Safely operate commercial mowers, trimmers, edgers, blowers and other landscape equipment Drive company trucks and trailers between properties Properly load, secure and care for company equipment Train and coach crew members on proper techniques, safety and EnCo standards Communicate property, equipment and operational issues to management Follow company safety procedures at all times Maintain a professional appearance and attitude when working at customer properties Requirements Previous professional landscape maintenance experience required Previous Crew Leader, Foreman or landscape leadership experience strongly preferred Strong experience with commercial mowing, edging, trimming and blowing Ability to safely and efficiently operate commercial landscape equipment Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required Ability to safely drive a truck while towing a landscape trailer Dependable, punctual and accountable Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work Ability to lead others while also working alongside the crew Ability to work outdoors in Florida weather and perform physical labor Reliable transportation to and from our Jacksonville office What We Offer Full-time, year-round position Additional Saturday work often available for employees who want additional hours Annual performance bonus opportunity Paid time off after 90 days of employment Opportunities for increased responsibility and career advancement Fast-growing company that believes in developing and promoting from within Professional, team-focused work environment Opportunity to build a long-term career as EnCo continues to grow Our Culture Our core values are Integrity, Excellence, Accountability, Teamwork and Continuous Improvement . Jacksonville, FL Pay:

$40,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
