We're looking for a reliable, Landscape Crew Leader to oversee daily field operations and ensure high‑quality landscape maintenance. This role is available to someone with 3-5 years of landscape maintenance experience managing a crew of 3-6 members on large scale accounts. Pay is based on experience and could exceed the maximum listed depending on qualifications. Must have valid Driver's License and reliable transportation. The work schedule. Monday-Thursday form 7:00am-5:30 pm. Friday is mandatory if the workload isn't completed for that route. We do pay time and a half after 40hrs. This add is for experienced crew leads only. Key Responsibilities Lead, train, and motivate a crew of 2-6 landscape technicians Oversee daily jobsite tasks including mowing, trimming, edging, pruning, planting, mulching, and general landscape maintenance Ensure all work meets company quality standards and is completed efficiently Read and interpret work orders, site plans, and project instructions Operate and maintain landscape equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.) Communicate professionally with clients, supervisors, and team members Monitor jobsite safety and enforce company safety protocols Track materials, equipment usage, and crew hours Identify issues on properties (irrigation problems, plant health concerns, hazards) and report or resolve them Assist with landscape installations, seasonal cleanups, and special projects
