Job Summary CPC Logistics is seeking a dedicated and hands-on On-Site Supervisor to join our Orlando, operations team. This role requires an energetic leader who is willing to be actively involved in both supervisory duties and day-to-day operational support. The successful candidate will ensure smooth morning operations, maintain oversight of driver activities, and manage critical end-of-route documentation.. Duties Assist with unloading totes from box trucks to vans each morning, ensuring efficient distribution and inventory accuracy Must be available to cover routes or deliveries as needed, including occasional last-minute coverage. Monitor driver routes and schedules to ensure timely departures and optimal route execution Communicate with drivers regarding route updates, operational changes, and performance expectations Collect and organize all required paperwork and documentation at the end of each route to maintain accurate records Ensure company policies and safety procedures are followed at all times Handle basic administrative and reporting tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
