Elite Landscape & Christmas Lighting is now hiring hard working individuals that have excellent work ethic and a desire to grow within the company. We are hiring crew leaders / supervisors. Crew leader will be installing landscape and outdoor lighting in a crew of 2-3 people. In late September through January you will be managing a crew of 2 to 6 people that install holiday lighting and decorations for both residential and commercial locations. You will need to be clean and professional as you will have contact with customers and will be representing the company. This position is fast paced, will be long hours and requires individuals to be organized and energetic. You must be comfortable working with heights. You will be acting as a working supervisor. Our holiday season lasts from late September to end of January which you will be working 6 days per week (Mon - Sat) with long days (sometimes 12 or more hours) and will require overtime hours. We stay until the job is finished as we must maintain a tight schedule through the holiday season. We have some projects that require travel and 1 to 2 night stays. It is not uncommon to work 60 - 70 hours per week in this role. Our off season is focused on landscape lighting and preparation for the holiday season (February to September). Expect to work installing lighting systems Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm during this time frame. You will be installing lighting systems in hot Florida summers and all conditions. In the off season you may be asked to do other tasks such as building and vehicle maintenance as well. We are looking for people who have a flexible schedule. We often give bonuses for certain targets and goals, generous tips are common as well. We have unlimited work during the holiday season so you will make a good amount of money in a short period of time!
