Job Description
What We Are Looking For:
Strong leadership and people-management skills Ability to communicate clearly and professionally Comfortable having difficult conversations and holding employees accountable Dependable and willing to lead by example Strong work ethic and hands-on attitude Ability to stay calm and make decisions in a fast-paced environment Delivery, transportation, logistics, or route-management experience preferred Previous supervisory, team-lead, training, or management experience strongly preferred Valid driver's license and ability to meet applicable driving requirements Schedule This is a full-time, hands-on leadership position. Our operation runs Monday through Saturday, and the schedule may vary depending on staffing and operational needs. Most weeks will consist of 5 or 6 working days. Candidates should be comfortable with early mornings, delivery operations, and a schedule that can change based on business needs. About the Role We are not simply looking for our next best driver. We are looking for someone who can lead people while working beside them. The ideal candidate is someone who can help load a truck in the morning, lead the team through dispatch, coach an employee when expectations are not being met, and then step into a delivery route when the operation needs additional support.Pay:
