Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Crew Leader to oversee and coordinate activities on construction sites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of workers, ensuring quality control, and maintaining safety standards. This role requires strong leadership skills and a thorough understanding of construction processes and project management tools. Duties Lead and supervise a team of construction workers, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely. Manage daily operations on the construction site, including scheduling work assignments and monitoring progress. Implement quality control measures to ensure that all work meets project specifications and standards. Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, HeavyBid, Prolog, and Bluebeam for project documentation and tracking. Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Collaborate with project managers to review contracts and assist in construction estimating processes. Train new crew members on safety protocols, equipment operation, and company policies. Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and suppliers. Experience Proven experience in a leadership role within the construction industry is preferred. Familiarity with construction management software such as ProCore, HeavyBid, Prolog, and Bluebeam is highly desirable. Strong understanding of quality control processes and safety regulations in a construction environment. Experience with using an ohmmeter for electrical work is a plus. Ability to read blueprints and contracts effectively to manage project requirements.
