Job Description:
We are currently hiring an Onsite Driver Supervisor assigned to our Private Fleet in Mehoopany, PA Job Overview The Onsite Driver Supervisor serves as a driver resource for coaching, equipment coordination, ELD support, and operational planning. This role works closely with drivers, operations, safety, and equipment providers to ensure efficient daily operations, compliance, and driver support. Responsibilities and Duties Equipment Planning and Coordination Ensure availability of: Trucks ELDs Portable camera units, as needed Coordinate repairs for out-of-service equipment Communicate equipment needs and operational concerns during Daily Direction Setting meetings Coordinate preventive maintenance (PM) swaps to minimize downtime Work with equipment providers regarding truck availability and maintenance schedules Driver Training and Support Train, retrain, and reinforce driver processes, including: ELD compliance and usage Paperwork and POD procedures Site-specific requirements DOT, CPC, and P&G fleet requirements Provide coaching to improve performance, compliance, and operational efficiency Address driver concerns and assist with day-to-day operational issues Coordinate disciplinary actions with Operations and Regional Management Partner with the Safety Supervisor to address safety concerns and corrective actions Operational Support Assist with trailer moves and other site operational needs Support process changes and implementation of new procedures Coordinate driver transportation to and from equipment provider locations, as needed Install and maintain portable camera units when required Perform other duties and special projects as assigned We Offer Single and family health plans after 30 days of employment Voluntary benefits Paid holidays and vacation 401(k) with company contribution We are an Equal Opportunity Employer that fully supports workplace diversity.
Job Requirements:
Qualifications Valid Class A CDL Minimum 3 years of Class A driving experience Good safety record and acceptable MVR Ability to meet all DOT qualification requirements Working knowledge of DOT regulations and Hours of Service requirements Experience using ELD systems Strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word) Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks
Wage Range:
75000.00 - 75000.00 per year
