Belmont, MA Position Summary The Tree Crew Leader leads tree care crews in daily field operations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency in pruning, removals, and specialty tree work. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise a crew of climbers and ground workers.

Assign tasks, monitor productivity, and ensure quality standards are met.

Perform complex aerial tree work, rigging, and removals.

Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with ANSI standards.

Conduct job site inspections and communicate with managers and clients as needed.

Train and mentor associate climbers and ground crew.

Track daily production and equipment use. Qualifications 5+ years of tree care experience, including climbing and leadership.

Strong knowledge of arboricultural techniques and safety protocols.

Proven ability to lead and train crews.

ISA Certified Tree Worker or Arborist certification preferred.

CDL license a plus. Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
