Duties Supervise and coordinate daily lawn care, landscaping, and horticulture projects to ensure timely and high-quality completion Lead crew members in performing landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, planting, pruning, and irrigation setup Oversee safety protocols and proper use of equipment to maintain a safe working environment for all team members Provide training and mentorship to crew members on landscaping techniques, equipment operation, and best practices in horticulture Communicate effectively with clients to understand project requirements and ensure their expectations are met or exceeded Manage supplies, tools, and equipment inventory to support efficient job execution Assist with construction projects involving landscape installation or tree care when needed Requirements Proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping, lawn care, or related outdoor services Supervising or leadership experience in a crew environment within the lawn care or horticulture industry Knowledge of irrigation systems, tree care, gardening techniques, and general horticulture practices Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent communication skills for team coordination and client interactions Physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions and lift heavy equipment or materials as required Join us if you're passionate about outdoor environments and eager to lead a motivated team!
