Job Description

Blooming Prairie Bus Company We are seeking a reliable, organized Supervisor to lead the daily operations of our small-town school transportation service.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and support school bus drivers. Coordinate daily routes, field trips, and special outings with the school district. Manage scheduling, recordkeeping, and compliance documentation. Monitor routine bus maintenance and arrange repairs as needed. Wash buses and keep the fleet clean. Support safe, efficient transportation operations. Obtain and maintain a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a school bus endorsement and drive a bus when needed.
Qualifications:
• Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to supervise employees and collaborate with school staff. • Mechanical aptitude or experience with vehicle maintenance is preferred. Willingness to obtain and maintain a CDL with a school bus endorsement. Ability to pass all required background checks and drug testing. This hands-on management role requires leadership, flexibility, and a strong commitment to safe, reliable student transportation.
Pay:
$45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
