Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Residential Painting Crew Lead to oversee and coordinate painting projects within residential settings. Responsibilities Lead and supervise a team of painters, assigning tasks and monitoring progress to ensure timely project completion Review project blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to interpret scope and specifications accurately Coordinate daily construction schedules, ensuring all tasks align with project timelines and budgets Conduct quality control inspections to verify paint application standards and adherence to safety regulations Manage on-site safety protocols in compliance with OSHA and federal construction safety regulations Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members to resolve issues promptly and maintain project momentum Oversee the proper use of construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, or Primavera P6 for documentation and scheduling Requirements Proven experience managing residential or commercial painting crews in a construction management role Strong knowledge of construction regulations, safety standards, and blueprint reading techniques Familiarity with construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Prolog, HeavyBid, or similar tools Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and construction schedules accurately Excellent managerial communication skills with a focus on crew management and team supervision Hands-on experience supervising construction site activities with a keen eye for quality control and safety compliance Knowledge of construction estimating, budgeting, project scheduling, and contract management processes Construction site experience with an understanding of heavyBid or pipeline management is a plus OSHA certification or equivalent safety training required; additional certifications in construction safety management are preferred Join us as a Residential Painting Crew Lead to inspire your team while delivering outstanding residential projects.
