$60,000-$65,000 per year. Position Overview The Fleet Supervisor will manage and direct key aspects of fleet operations, including fleet policy compliance, reporting, equipment and vehicle specifications, cost management, vendor relationships, and operational efficiency. This role will also serve as a key point of contact for transportation, compliance, and fleet-related matters while providing direct supervision and support to regional warehouse operations.

National Fleet Manager Essential Responsibilities Work closely with transportation, fleet, and warehouse leadership to identify equipment and operational needs. Manage and enforce fleet policies to ensure the efficient and effective use of company-owned and leased vehicles. Monitor fleet operations and recommend improvements to maximize efficiency, profitability, and compliance. Support equipment acquisition, maintenance, and lifecycle cost management. Serve as an escalation point for fleet, transportation, and compliance-related matters. Act as a primary point of contact between drivers and fleet management. Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and service providers. Manage policy exceptions and assist with problem resolution involving key suppliers. Provide recommendations regarding equipment inventory, service management, and operational processes. Stay informed about fleet-specific regulatory requirements and advise leadership on compliance matters. Directly supervise and support operations across assigned regional warehouses. Qualifications Previous experience in fleet operations, transportation, logistics, or a related field. Strong mechanical knowledge and skills. Knowledge of fleet industry practices and regulatory requirements. Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills. Ability to consult, influence, negotiate, and lead change. Strong strategic thinking, planning, and project management abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience presenting ideas and recommendations to leadership. Strong Excel and data analysis skills. High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
