Job Summary We are seeking a Crew Leader to oversee hardscape and landscape projects, ensuring high-quality results and efficient team operations. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about outdoor work and leadership to make a tangible impact on beautiful landscapes. Must have clean driving record and strong hardscape experience. Weekly pay Monday-Friday Responsibilities Lead and supervise a hardscape crew on residential projects Ensure projects are completed safely , efficiently , and to a high standard Read and follow landscape/hardscape plans Communicate with homeowners and the PlantScapes team Help coordinate materials, equipment, and daily job tasks Maintain a clean and professional job site Enforce safety protocols across all outdoor activities while maintaining compliance with company policies and industry standards Qualifications Experience leading a landscaping/hardscaping crew Strong hardscape skills - patios, retaining walls, pavers , outdoor living spaces, ect. Valid driver's license & CLEAN driving record Reliable, hardworking and takes pride in quality work Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a crew effectively
