EXPERIENCED HARDSCAPE INSTALLER / CREW LEADER

Pro Earth Landscaping — Greensboro, North Carolina Pro Earth Landscaping is looking for an experienced hardscape professional to join our team building high quality outdoor living projects throughout the Greensboro/Triad area. This is not a general lawn-maintenance position. We are specifically looking for people with professional experience in one or more of the following : Paver patios and walkways Segmental retaining walls Natural stone patios and walkways Outdoor living areas Fire pits and outdoor features Excavation and base preparation Grading and drainage Compaction Cutting pavers, block and natural stone Skid-steer and mini-excavator operation Establishing elevations and grades Reading plans and laying out projects Experienced Installer You should be able to work productively with an installation crew with limited supervision and understand proper hardscape construction methods.

Target compensation:

$22-$28/hour depending on experience and demonstrated ability. Crew Leader / Foreman We're also interested in experienced professionals capable of running projects and supervising a crew. The right person should be capable of taking a project from layout through completion, maintaining quality standards, managing employees and materials, solving field problems and communicating professionally.

Target compensation:

$28-$35+ per hour depending on experience, leadership ability and demonstrated skills.
