This position is for someone who can work beside the crew, keep the job moving, follow the written scope, protect the customer's property, and communicate problems before they become expensive. What You Will Do Lead the daily crew and assign work from the approved scope Perform crawlspace encapsulation, vapor barrier, insulation, drainage, dehumidifier, moisture-control, and repair work Keep workmanship, safety, pace, and cleanup at a professional standard Take required before, during, and after photos and submit clear job updates Track materials, tools, equipment, and items needed to finish the job Handle routine field issues and quickly escalate structural, safety, cost, or customer concerns Train and coach installers while maintaining a respectful, productive crew Communicate professionally with the Field Operations Supervisor, owner, and homeowners What We Are Looking For Hands-on experience in construction, crawlspace work, waterproofing, insulation, restoration, pest control, HVAC, plumbing, or a related trade Previous crew-lead or team-lead experience is preferred Ability to read and follow a scope of work and recognize when conditions do not match it Valid driver's license and ability to qualify to drive a company vehicle Trailer-towing experience is preferred but not required Comfortable working in crawlspaces and performing physical field work Dependable attendance, clear communication, and basic smartphone skills Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required Must be able to meet all lawful pre-employment and driving-screening requirements What We Offer $23-$28 per hour, based on experience and demonstrated ability Possible performance bonus Company vehicle for authorized business use Monday-Friday operating hours, normally 7:30 a.m.-4:00 p.m. Weekly pay every Friday; payroll closes Thursday Training in Crawlspace Maniac methods and structural repair A clear path to Field Operations Supervisor as the company grows Stable, year-round work with a growing local company Crawlspace Maniac is an equal opportunity employer.
