Duties Lead and coordinate roofing crews to complete projects efficiently, safely, and to specifications Interpret technical drawings, schematics, blueprints, and construction plans to guide installation and repair work Ensure adherence to all construction safety regulations, including proper use of safety harnesses, ladders, and power tools Oversee roofing repair, metal roofing, single-ply membrane roofing, shingle/ tile roofing, and siding installation tasks with precision and quality control Manage heavy lifting operations, fabrication tasks, caulking, and trim carpentry as needed on-site Conduct regular safety protocol checks and enforce compliance with construction workplace safety regulations Collaborate with project managers to interpret construction plans and ensure work aligns with schematics, technical specifications, and timelines Requirements Valid US Drivers License Proven construction experience with a focus on roofing, restoration, or remodeling projects Strong knowledge of roofing materials including metal, single ply membrane systems (TPO), shingles, tile, and metal siding is a plus Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, ladders, scaffolding, and other construction equipment safely and effectively Ability to read blueprints, schematics, technical drawings, and construction plans accurately Experience with outdoor work environments and heavy lifting in various weather conditions Knowledge of construction workplace safety regulations- OSHA 30, OSHA 10, and other certifications are a plus.
