Required Qualifications & Experience:

Active and unrestricted RN license Minimum of 1 year recent Telemetry nursing experience BLS and ACLS certifications (current and valid) Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Effective communicator dedicated to patient-centered care Adaptable, with a professional demeanor and positive attitude

Role Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care and ongoing monitoring in a Telemetry unit Analyze and interpret cardiac rhythms, promptly reporting significant changes Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care Document all care activities thoroughly and accurately in the electronic medical record Educate patients and families about conditions, treatment plans, and post-discharge care Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment and adhere to facility protocols
