Transportation Supervisor A food-distribution company is seeking an experienced Transportation Supervisor to lead daily transportation operations, oversee drivers and route execution, and ensure safe, efficient, and reliable delivery performance. This role is ideal for a proven transportation leader with hands-on experience managing commercial drivers, route operations, compliance, and day-to-day transportation challenges . What You'll Do Lead daily transportation operations and supervise commercial drivers. Manage routes, driver assignments, schedules, and delivery execution . Monitor routes and driver performance in real time and resolve operational issues quickly. Ensure deliveries are completed safely, accurately, and on schedule. Manage route reconciliation, delivery documentation, product returns, payments, deposits, and operational reporting. Oversee attendance, timekeeping, training, performance, and employee-relations matters. Maintain compliance with

regulations, Hours of Service, vehicle documentation, and DVIR requirements . Coordinate fleet maintenance, repairs, registrations, insurance, and equipment service. Identify operational issues and implement solutions to maintain service levels and productivity. compliance and transportation documentation . Strong leadership, decision-making, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience with eLog, Excel, Microsoft platforms, or similar transportation systems . High school diploma or GED. Monday-Friday, 1:00 PM-9:00 PM, on-site. Preferred Qualifications Food distribution or transportation industry experience. CDL Class A license. Experience with driver training, safety programs, and performance management. Experience with route reconciliation, payments, deposits, or delivery documentation.
