About the Role We are seeking an experienced Crew Lead to support a one-year relocation project in the Miamisburg, OH. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone with extensive moving industry experience who can lead crews, deliver outstanding customer service, and build strong relationships with local property management teams. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, communicates professionally with corporate management, and leads by example in the field. Key Responsibilities Lead moving crews on residential relocation projects. Perform and oversee professional packing, loading, unloading, and furniture placement. Ensure all items are handled safely and efficiently while minimizing damage. Communicate daily with corporate operations regarding schedules, job progress, issues, and customer updates. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with local property managers and on-site personnel. Train and mentor crew members on proper moving techniques and safety procedures. Conduct pre-job and post-job inspections to ensure quality standards are met. Maintain a professional appearance and represent the company with integrity. Complete required job documentation and reports accurately and on time. Assist with problem-solving and customer concerns in the field. Qualifications 2+ years of professional moving experience with strong packing and loading skills. Previous experience leading moving crews preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with property managers and customers. Strong organizational and leadership abilities. Ability to repeatedly lift 50+ pounds and work in a physically demanding environment. Must be reliable, punctual, and customer-focused. Ability to pass a background check. Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Reliable transportation to and from job sites. Ability to work approximately 40 hours per week for the duration of the one-year project. Authorized to work in the United States.
