Experienced Crew Lead Wanted Earn $31-$34 / Hour + Company-Paid Benefits + Monthly Bonus Opportunities Mining, Aggregate, or Heavy Industrial Leadership Experience is Preferred. We're looking for a motivated Crew Lead to help lead our mining operations and keep production running safely and efficiently. If you're a hands-on leader who enjoys mentoring others, solving problems, and driving results in a fast-paced industrial environment, this is an excellent opportunity to take the next step in your career. As a Crew Lead, you'll supervise a team of approximately 15 employees, promote a strong safety culture, and work alongside operations to ensure production goals are met while maintaining compliance with all company and regulatory requirements. What You'll Do Lead and support a production crew to safely achieve daily operational goals. Troubleshoot equipment and operational issues to minimize downtime. Coach, train, and mentor operators to help them succeed and grow. Promote and enforce company safety policies and mining regulations. Maintain clean, organized, and efficient work areas. Coordinate with plant leadership and other departments to keep operations running smoothly. Foster a positive, accountable, and team-oriented work environment. Requirements:
What We're Looking For Previous leadership or supervisory experience in mining, aggregates, manufacturing, or another heavy industrial environment. Strong troubleshooting and decision-making skills. A proven ability to motivate, coach, and develop team members. Familiarity with MSHA regulations and safe work practices. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
