Fleet Supervisor Gabrielli Leasing and Rental is currently seeking a Fleet Supervisor to join our team
Job Description :
Oversee and enforce quality repairs of all Leasing and Rental trucks assigned to the location.
Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, maintain and oversee the administration of workforce planning, workflow and process management to ensure fleet maintenance operations are performing at optimal levels. Manage PM service schedules and set appointments with customers accordingly Act as primary interface to customers with daily updates and/ or facilitate breakdowns Write up customer's vehicle complaints accurately on repair orders, relay to foreman and technicians. Ensure completion and accuracy of shop paperwork, part purchases, third-party invoices Communicate performance expectations and company initiatives on a regular basis to employees Check all OEM Dealer Portals and ensure warranty coverage, process repairs covered by warranty, request Goodwill policy for repairs not covered. Verify GPS systems are reporting properly Manage and diffuse customer complaints by developing, implementing and communicating plan of action to correct issues. Prepare Billback Estimates with photos and approval documentation. Provide oversight and direction of inventory management and vendor relations Perform daily lot checks to ensure they are rental ready Job Requirements Proficient in
PC:
Excel, Word, Outlook, Internet Explorer, etc. VMRS Coding knowledge is a plus At least three years of Automotive Service Experience Supervisory/Management experience Fleet Maintenance and Mechanical knowledge Must pass background check and pre-employment drug test Must have valid Driver's License and in good standing with DMV (Clean Record) • Must Be
