Role:
Express Marine, Inc., a premier tug and barge transporter of dry bulk cargo along the Atlantic, Gulf Coast, and Caribbean, seeks a Vessel Coordinator to support daily fleet operations, including vessel status reporting, crew travel, vendor scheduling, movement logs, and safety documentation. Location Dresher, PA Schedule M-F 7:00-3:30; on call/weekends as needed Work Type In person, full-time Pay $70,000-$90,000/year Key Responsibilities
  • Complete vessel status reports and movement logs.
  • Book crew travel, maintain crew records, and coordinate with travel vendors.
  • Track travel spending and support operational documentation.
  • Collaborate across departments to improve efficiency.
  • Use Microsoft Office tools for reporting and communication. Qualifications & Experience
  • Maritime academy degree with 5+ years of maritime industry experience preferred.
  • Tug/barge operations, cargo transport, regulatory compliance, and personnel management experience.
  • Valid driver's license and TWIC card; background check required.
  • Merchant Marine Document preferred; ability to travel as needed.
