Job Description
Crew Lead Responsibilities:
- Planning and ensuring all materials and tools are packed for the day.
- Transporting team and materials to job safely in company vehicle.
- Hands on Work, Leading and assisting team in completion of project.
- Communicating with customer of ETA each day, and progress of job / answering questions as needed.
- Ensuring job is completed on time and meets quality standards.
- Briefing of customer on completion of job.
- Handling of employee counseling as needed / minor conflict resolution for team members.
- Weekly report of team performance and hours.
General Requirements:
Must have valid driver's license with clean driving record. Must be on time and have reliable transportation. Must be comfortable working in a crawlspace (confined and dirty environment) Must be comfortable working in environments that will have insects, spiders, camel crickets, rodents, snakes, ect. Willing to shave face for PPE / respirator fit Willing to learn new skills and processesPhysical Requirements:
Must be able to ascend and descend ladders, scaffolds, stairs and work in confined spaces and in proximity to loud equipment. Must be able to position one-self to work in confined spaces such as trenches, pits, manholes, attics and tunnels. Must be able to lift and carry or otherwise move 25/50/80 pounds regularly/occasionally Must be able to respond quickly to sounds. Must be able to move safely over uneven terrain or in confined spaces. Must be able to see and respond to dangerous situations. Must be able to safely climb ladders while carrying up to 40 pounds. Must be able to wear personal protective gear most of the day. Must be able to work in cold environments and on concrete floors. Must be able to traverse irregular and steep terrain.PLEASE ONLY PROCEED IF YOU MEET THE ABOVE REQUIREMENTS
Job Duties:
- Installation of interior and exterior French drains
- Installation of moisture control systems in crawlspaces and basements
- Installation of rodent exclusions
- Removal of insulation and debris
- Light carpentry work
- Use of power tools

In person Clean background check, 10 year driving record and drug screen is required for all positions. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or higher position and at least one year of experience in encapsulation. Proficiency driving a truck and trailer is a must.Job Type:
