Role:

We are seeking a Tree Division Crew Leader with Bucket Experience to join our professional tree service team based in Jonesborough. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in tree removal and trimming, hold relevant certifications, and be skilled in operating bucket trucks. A valid CDL is required.

Responsibilities:

Perform safe and efficient tree cutting, removal, and trimming Operate bucket trucks and other specialized equipment Assess tree health and structure to provide expert service Communicate with clients professionally on-site Follow all safety regulations and company policies Lead and supervise the tree crew on job sites Direct crew members and delegate tasks efficiently throughout each job Ensure the crew follows proper tree removal, trimming, and safety procedures Coordinate with the office and management regarding job progress, materials, equipment, and any issues that arise

Qualifications:

Valid CDL (Class A or B) required Certified Arborist or equivalent tree service certifications preferred Proven experience operating bucket trucks and tree-cutting equipment Strong knowledge of tree health, safety, and removal techniques Ability to work at heights and in physically demanding environments Commitment to safety and teamwork Proven leadership or crew-lead experience preferred Transportation required Must pass drug test and background check
