This energetic position offers the opportunity to lead a team of skilled workers, oversee various landscape projects, and ensure high-quality grounds maintenance. Your expertise in horticulture, landscape installation, and outdoor work will help us deliver exceptional results for our clients while fostering a collaborative and safety-conscious work environment. Duties Lead and supervise landscaping crews on construction projects, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards Coordinate daily activities including lawn care, landscape maintenance, planting, hardscape installation, and irrigation management Operate grounds maintenance equipment and company vehicles safely and effectively across multiple job sites Identify plants, trees, and shrubs to ensure proper care, pruning, and health maintenance Manage irrigation systems, troubleshoot issues, and perform routine irrigation system maintenance to optimize water efficiency Oversee team performance by providing guidance, training on equipment operation, safety protocols, and best practices in horticulture and landscaping Ensure all work complies with safety standards and environmental regulations while maintaining a clean and organized job site Skills Proven experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, gardening, and hardscape installation Strong supervising and team management skills with the ability to motivate crew members Knowledge of plant identification, horticulture principles, and grounds maintenance techniques Experience managing construction projects involving landscaping or outdoor improvements Ability to operate grounds equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, irrigation tools, and other landscaping machinery Skilled in irrigation system installation, troubleshooting, and repair Demonstrated leadership qualities with excellent communication skills for supervising teams effectively Valid driver's license with experience operating company vehicles safely Outdoor work experience in varying weather conditions with physical stamina for manual labor tasks Join us to lead exciting projects that enhance outdoor environments!
