We are seeking a motivated and experienced Crew Leader, Mowing, to oversee and execute lawn maintenance and landscaping projects with enthusiasm and precision. In this role, you will lead a team of groundskeeping professionals, ensuring high-quality mowing, trimming, and landscape upkeep across various sites. Your leadership will drive efficiency, safety, and excellence in every project while fostering a positive team environment. If you are dependable and ready to work, apply today. Duties Lead and supervise a crew responsible for mowing, edging, trimming, and general landscape maintenance activities. Assign daily tasks to team members based on project requirements, ensuring timely completion of work. Inspect work sites regularly to ensure quality standards are met and safety protocols are followed. Operate landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other tools efficiently and safely. Coordinate with project managers to plan daily schedules and prioritize tasks for optimal productivity. Provide training and mentorship to crew members on landscape techniques, equipment use, safety procedures, and best practices. Maintain records of work completed, equipment maintenance, and safety inspections to ensure compliance with company policies. Requirements Proven experience in landscape maintenance or landscaping with a focus on mowing operations. Demonstrated leadership or supervising experience in outdoor or construction environments. Strong knowledge of lawn care techniques, horticulture principles, irrigation systems, and general gardening practices. Ability to operate landscaping machinery safely and efficiently. Knowledge of tree care, construction basics related to outdoor projects, and general maintenance procedures. Excellent communication skills to effectively lead teams and coordinate with clients or project managers. Physical ability to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions for extended periods.
