Position Summary The Service Technician is responsible for handling smaller exterior repair and service projects including roofing repairs, siding repairs, gutter repairs, soffit and fascia repairs, leak troubleshooting, and general exterior maintenance work. This role will also assist Panther's gutter and exterior crews with full gutter, soffit, and fascia installations when needed. This role is ideal for someone who: Enjoys problem-solving Takes pride in craftsmanship Works well independently Communicates professionally with homeowners Can adapt to a variety of repair and installation situations Responsibilities Repair & Service Work Perform roofing repairs Perform siding repairs Perform gutter repairs Complete soffit and fascia repairs Troubleshoot leaks and exterior issues Complete small exterior service projects professionally and efficiently Exterior Installation Support Assist gutter crews with full gutter installations Assist with soffit and fascia installations Support exterior crews during larger production projects when needed Help maintain efficient workflow during busy production periods Jobsite Responsibilities Maintain clean and organized jobsites Take photos and document completed work Ensure work is completed safely and properly Help identify additional repair needs when appropriate Customer Communication Communicate professionally with homeowners onsite Help explain repair processes and findings Maintain a positive customer experience throughout the repair process Team Support Assist exterior crews when needed Support production and service operations during busy periods Help maintain strong company standards and professionalism Qualifications Experience with roofing, siding, gutters, soffit, and fascia preferred Comfortable working on ladders and roofs Strong problem-solving skills Dependable and self-motivated Strong work ethic Ability to work independently Professional attitude and communication Valid driver's license preferred

Compensation & Benefits Starting Pay:
