We are looking for someone who wants to grow with the company and become an important part of our operations team. Position Summary The Production Coordinator supports Panther's production department by helping organize projects, coordinate materials, support scheduling, communicate with crews and homeowners, and assist with day-to-day production operations. This role works closely with the Production Manager and helps ensure projects run smoothly, efficiently, and professionally.

Organized Dependable Detail-oriented Solutions-focused Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment Strong communicator Responsibilities Production Support Assist with coordinating roofing, siding, and exterior projects Help organize project schedules and production timelines Support production workflow and daily operations Assist with project preparation and job readiness Material & Logistics Coordination Help coordinate material deliveries Assist with ordering and tracking materials Help manage returns and production logistics Support organization of production-related information Communication Communicate with homeowners regarding project timelines and updates Support communication between crews, office staff, and management Help ensure projects remain organized and properly coordinated Documentation & Organization Maintain accurate project notes and documentation Help keep production files and systems organized Assist with photos, paperwork, and production records Support production-related administrative tasks Team Support Assist the Production Manager with day-to-day operations Help maintain strong customer experience throughout production Support company growth through organization and efficiency Qualifications Strong organizational skills Strong communication skills Ability to multitask Dependable and professional Detail-oriented mindset Comfortable in fast-paced environments Construction or exterior remodeling experience preferred Basic computer and administrative skills Valid driver's license preferred
Compensation & Benefits Starting Pay:
