The role ensures production lines maintain effective two-bin combine system, responds to hot calls via radio communication, and monitors inventory levels to ensure uninterrupted production. The individual will work closely with team members to drive operational excellence, maintain material flow, resolve inventory issues, any other Managements reasonable request, support daily production requirements while promoting safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Lead and support a team in maintaining a customer-first mindset. Ensure production lines are stocked and supported through the two-bin combine system. Monitor and manage inventory to prevent production interruptions. Respond to and prioritize hot calls through radio communication. Coordinate material replenishment and inventory accuracy activities. Support continuous improvement efforts to enhance efficiency and service levels. Promote a safe, organized, and productive work environment.
