This position requires consistent and reliable attendance to ensure the efficient flow of materials, maintain inventory accuracy, and support customer and vendor needs. The individual must be highly engaged, safety‑focused, and able to oversee physical warehouse activities. Responsibilities Manage the loading and unloading of customer and vendor trucks Receive, verify, and account for all purchased goods from outside vendors Oversee warehouse employees to ensure tasks are completed safely and on time Organize warehouse inventory and activities to maximize operational efficiency Perform quality control inspections of warehouse inventory Schedule and coordinate value‑added services to support customer order accuracy and turnaround Communicate stock shortages and replenishment needs to management Maintain scheduled cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy Ensure the warehouse is maintained in a clean, safe, and orderly condition Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for daily opening and closing of the distribution center Work closely with the location manager regarding delivery shortages, damages, or service issues Serve as a backup driver when needed Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Valid driver's license required Basic math skills, including measuring and use of cutting tools Ability to work independently without constant supervision Prior warehouse or logistics experience preferred Bilingual is preferred but not required. Working Conditions Mobility:

Lifting:

Work Environment:
Work safely near moving mechanical parts. Regularly work in an environment where the noise level is moderately loud. Ear protection may be required.
