Job Description

About the Role American Vision Windows is looking for a Warehouse Operations Lead to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, inventory control, safety, and logistics. In this role, you will be the backbone of our field operations. Success means setting up our installation crews for daily victory—ensuring they can arrive every morning, quickly access accurate products and materials, load up efficiently, and head to job sites without warehouse delays.
What You'll Do Inventory & Purchasing:
Oversee stock control, process orders, and build strong relationships with vendors to manage pricing, orders, and timely deliveries.
Crew Staging & Support:
Review production schedules, crew packs, and job documents to ensure accuracy. Plan and stage windows, doors, and tools so crews hit the ground running.
Specialty Material Management:
Proactively identify non-stocked or custom job materials, ordering them with sufficient lead time to keep projects on schedule.
Warehouse & Safety Leadership:
Maintain a clean, secure, and compliant warehouse. Monitor the safe use of tools, materials, and equipment.
Fleet & Equipment Care:
Help maintain trailers, tools, and warehouse machinery (including forklifts) in safe, operational condition.
Field & Event Logistics:
Deliver products to jobsites, pick up supplies, and manage end-to-end logistics (loading, transport, setup, and teardown) for home show booths and special events.
What We're Looking For Experience:
Experience in Inventory control.
Requirements:
Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record and the ability to tow/pull a trailer required.
Knowledge:
High proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook and familiarity with warehouse safety standards, and residential building/construction materials.
Key Traits:
Strong critical thinking, excellent time management, and proactive resource planning. Physical Requirements & Working Conditions Ability to work in both indoor warehouse conditions and outdoor Arizona weather. Comfortable with heavy physical labor daily—standing, walking, bending, and lifting heavy windows, doors, and equipment. Ability to safely operate warehouse machinery, including a forklift. Flexibility to occasionally work outside normal business hours (evenings/weekends) for home shows and special events.
Pay:
$21.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 35.0 - 45.0 per week
