Day, Night, and Weekend shifts available Job Summary Adecco is hiring Peak Warehouse Supervisors to support a high-volume warehouse operation in Litchfield Park, AZ, during the upcoming peak season. We are hiring supervisors for all shifts, including days, nights, and weekends . We are looking for experienced, hands-on leaders who can effectively manage warehouse associates, maintain productivity, and ensure a safe and efficient operation during a fast-paced peak season. Key Responsibilities Supervise and lead warehouse associates during daily operations. Assign tasks and ensure proper staffing across departments and work areas. Monitor productivity, quality, attendance, and overall performance. Coach associates and address performance or attendance concerns. Ensure employees follow all safety policies and warehouse procedures. Support new-hire orientation, training, and onboarding. Partner with Adecco onsite management and customer leadership to meet daily goals. Communicate staffing issues, operational concerns, and employee needs promptly. Conduct regular floor checks to monitor workflow and employee performance. Assist with resolving employee questions and concerns professionally. Maintain accurate attendance, productivity, and staffing information. Help ensure the warehouse remains organized, safe, and productive. Support peak-season staffing and operational initiatives. Work extended hours, weekends, and overtime as business needs require. Qualifications 2+ years of warehouse, distribution, or logistics supervisory experience preferred. Previous experience managing warehouse teams strongly preferred. Experience working in a high-volume or peak-season environment is a plus. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to coach, motivate, and hold employees accountable. Ability to make decisions and solve problems in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills and ability to learn customer and Adecco systems. Dependable with excellent attendance. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods in a warehouse environment. Must be flexible and available to work days, nights, weekends, and overtime as required. Pay Details:
