We are seeking a CNV Finished Goods Warehouse Coordinator to support finished goods activities within converting and warehouse operations through strong coordination, inventory control, and collaboration with cross functional teams. The CNV Finished Goods Warehouse Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring accurate inventory, efficient material flow, and timely product availability. This position works closely with Production, Logistics, Quality, and Warehouse teams to support daily operations and shipping requirements. This position reports to the Integrated Warehouse Supervisor, CNV Warehouse Supervisor, or Finished Goods Supervisor, depending on the site and operational structure.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate daily movement of finished goods from converting to warehouse and shipping areas Monitor finished goods inventory levels and ensure accuracy within inventory systems Complete inventory transactions and support cycle counts Investigate and assist with resolving inventory discrepancies Support staging, loading, and shipment preparation activities Communicate and collaborate with Production, Logistics, Quality, and Warehouse teams Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company procedures

Requirements:

Experience in warehouse operations, finished goods coordination, or manufacturing support Experience in a converting or manufacturing environment preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Experience with ERP or inventory systems preferred SAP a plus High school diploma or equivalent required Why Join Sofidel America Competitive compensation.
