Sunday to Wednesday - 7:00pm to 5:30am Wednesday to Saturday - 7:00pm to 5:30am You will… Provide daily coaching and guidance to the warehouse team, ensuring every member has the tools and instructions to succeed. Coordinate door availability for drivers and manage the equitable distribution of workloads to hit our productivity goals. Act as the primary point of contact for Procurement and Finance, handling essential data entry for inventory and produce invoices. Enforce and follow all safety, GMP, and SQF policies to maintain a clean, organized, and secure work environment. identify opportunities to better the business, reporting on equipment needs and collaborating across departments like Quality and Production.
