At CJ Logistics , we're looking for a Warehouse Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations, assign tasks, and coach team me mbers to ensure efficiency and accuracy. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills who enjoys problem-solving, training, and improving processes.

Schedule:

Monday

• Friday, 8am-5pm

What You'll Do:

Supervise & Coordinate:

Assign daily tasks to Warehouse Associates, Forklift Operators, and support staff to maintain workflow.

Train & Mentor:

Provide hands-on coaching and on-the-job training for employees to ensure compliance with best practices.

Ensure Accuracy & Efficiency:

Conduct audits, mon itor warehouse procedures, and assist in process improvements.

Work closely with management to optimize labor and resource allocation.

Help resolve conflicts, promote teamwork, and ensur e adherence to company policies.

Support Warehouse Operations:

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of related work experience
• Extensive knowledge of CJ Logistics warehouse procedures, policies, and best practices!
• Ability to coach, delegate, and motivate a team
• Hands-on problem solver with a process improvement mindset!

Training & Development:

• Guided Warehouse Operations & Lea dership Training
• Training in Safety & Compliance, Conflict Resolution, and Employee Relations
