Must be available for on-call coverage during days, nights, and weekends We are seeking an experienced Packing, Loading & Warehouse Supervisor to lead packing, warehousing, shipping, sanitation, and bulk-loading operations within a food-manufacturing facility. This position is responsible for maintaining high standards of safety, product quality, inventory accuracy, productivity, and regulatory compliance.Key Responsibilities:
Supervise employees in packing, warehousing, sanitation, and loading operations Coordinate packing and shipping activities with the scheduling team Oversee the loading of bagged products, bulk flour, and feed trucks Track finished products, ingredients, flour, and packing-material inventories Prepare accurate daily packing, inventory, routing, inspection, and loading reports Coordinate monthly inventory counts Train employees and enforce GMP, HACCP, food-safety, sanitation, and workplace-safety procedures Maintain required documentation and ensure department programs remain compliant Monitor department performance and operate within established budgets Troubleshoot mechanical issues and coordinate maintenance support Assign work, coach employees, and ensure production and shipping goals are metQualifications:
Associate degree from a two-year college or technical school, or at least three years of related supervisory experience Previous leadership experience in packing, warehousing, distribution, manufacturing, or food production Strong inventory-control, reporting, scheduling, and organizational skills Knowledge of GMPs, HACCP, sanitation, and food-safety procedures preferred Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint Ability to perform basic math and communicate clearly in English Strong leadership, communication, and employee-training skills Ability to work independently and take initiative Must be available for on-call coverage at any time, including nights and weekendsPhysical and Environmental Requirements:
